Freddie Smith
Freddie Matthew Smith (born March 19, 1988 in Ashtabula , Ohio ) is an American actor .
Life
Smith was born in Ashtabula , Ohio in March 1988 and raised with his parents as the only child. In 2006, he graduated from Edgewood Senior High in Ashtabula. He began his career with a cameo in the mystery series Medium - Nothing is Hidden . He then made the short film Weak Species and starred as Sara's Boyfriend in the film One Wish .
In December 2010, Smith would receive the role of the gay football player Marco Salazar in The CW - TV series 90210 . Overall, he was in five episodes of the third season before the broadcaster announced that Smith will not return for the fourth season. After leaving 90210 , he was hired for the role of Jackson "Sonny" Kiriakis in the soap Zeit der Sehnsucht , in which he can be seen since June 23, 2011.
