Friedrich Brodführer

Friedrich August Max Paul Brodführer (born August 18, 1878 in Meiningen , † after 1938) was a German judge .

Life

After graduating from high school in Meiningen in 1897, he studied law in Heidelberg, Berlin and Jena. In 1907 he received his doctorate. In 1900 he was sworn in to the sovereign of Saxony-Meiningen . In 1909 he became a public prosecutor. In 1912 he was appointed magistrate. In 1913 he was promoted to district judge. In 1914 he became a higher regional judge in Jena. In 1926 he came to the Reichsgericht as advice . He was u. a. in the V. and III. Civil senate of the Reichsgericht active. He retired in 1938.
