Friedrich Drews

Friedrich Drews (* 1898 ; † 1958 ) was a German politician.

Drews was a trade instructor by profession . After the Second World War he helped rebuild the workers' organizations. He represented the demand for the connection from Flensburg to Denmark. The Social Democratic Party of Flensburg (SPF) supported him. From February 1946 to April 1950 he took the post of Oberstadtdirektor Flensburg, from 1950 to 1955 that of the mayor.

Since 1907 Drews was the good temple of the Flensburg Lodge Digynia . Friedrich Drews received the Oscar Olsson Medal in 1949 for his services to rebuilding good temple work in Germany after the war. Furthermore, Drews was a Freemason of the lodge lamp in the north .
