Friedrich Ficker

Friedrich Ficker (born December 21, 1905 , † January 28, 1989 ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). From 1945 to 1949 Ficker was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Ficker worked as a foreman in an agricultural cooperative and lived in Gänserndorf . He was arrested for political reasons in 1934 and served as a local councilor in Gänserndorf from 1945 to 1950. In 1946 Ficker held the mayor's office, where he was appointed and deposed by the Soviet occupying forces. In addition, Ficker belonged to the state parliament of Lower Austria from December 12, 1945 to November 5, 1949.
