Friedrich Theuring

Friedrich Theuring (born June 23, 1923 in Ratingen ; † February 2000 ) was a German actor .

Life

Theuring completed his acting training at the Folkwang University in Essen , which was soon followed by his first engagements, for example in the television series Fernfahrer and Ein Herz und eine Seele .

One focus of his theater work was the Aachen City Theater, where he was a member of the ensemble for many years.

He also became known to a wide audience through the role of Wilhelm "Willem" Kranz , called Grandpa Willem , in the ARD early evening series Marienhof , in which he played from October 6, 1992 to 1995.

Theuring had his last appearance in the Tatort episode Heilig Blut , which was first broadcast on January 14, 1996 on ARD . In it he played the master locksmith Wollersheim .

In Ratingen he was one of the co-founders of the Blue Lake natural stage .
