Friedrich Willy Hinrichsen

Friedrich Wilhelm "Willy" Hinrichsen (born March 3, 1877 in Berlin ; † December 2, 1914 in front of Lodz (fallen)) was a German chemist.

Hinrichsen studied in Berlin. From 1904 to 1905 he was a private lecturer in general and physical chemistry at the TH Aachen . Then he was a professor at the University of Berlin . He dealt with analytical chemistry and represented atomic theory in several publications, for example in the Encyclopedia of Mathematical Sciences in 1905.

In Berlin he was also a permanent employee at the Royal Materials Testing Office in Lichterfelde.
