A showpiece of the museum is de zilveren Poptaschat , a silver lidded goblet from the 17th century. The supposed sword of the Grote Piers is also in the museum. The Mata-Hari-Saal is dedicated to the life of the dancer and Mata Hari , who was executed as a spy and who was born in Leeuwarden in 1876 as Margaretha cell.
