The hairdressing scene on a tomb from Noviomagus Treverorum , today's Neumagen , a district of the Neumagen-Dhron community in the Bernkastel-Wittlich district in Rhineland-Palatinate , is under inventory number 9933 in the Rheinisches Landesmuseum Trier .

The relief on the narrow left side of a grave pillar made of sandstone known as the “Parents' Pillar” is dated to the 1st half of the 3rd century AD. In the figure on the far left, remnants of red painting can be seen on the hem of the garment.

The mistress, sitting in the wicker chair, is groomed by two servants. A third servant holds a mirror in front of her face. The woman standing on the far right probably brings a jug of water to wash.
