The Fritz Nol AG is a German holding company with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main . The core business is the establishment, acquisition, sale of companies or participation in other companies. The company's share is traded in the General Standard and is included in the CDAX .

history

The company was founded as Fritz Nols Global Equity Services AG on October 20, 1997 by converting the securities trading house "Fritz Nols KG". On September 23, 1998, the company went public on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange . In 2000 the company was converted into a full bank . After the failure of the business model, the company had to file for bankruptcy at the end of March 2004 and return the full banking license . At the beginning of 2010, the bankruptcy was lifted and an insolvency plan procedure started to continue the company. In September 2011 the name was changed to Fritz Nols Global Equity AG . In December 2012 the company was named Fritz Nols AG. In 2014 business operations continued as an investment and consulting company. After business success did not materialize this time as well, the company as of 2019 is an empty shell without any operational business.
