Fritz Pelican

Fritz Pelikan (born October 30, 1934 in Graz ; † December 29, 1996 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and industrial worker. Pelikan was a member of the Austrian National Council from 1971 to 1983 .

After elementary school, Pelikan attended middle school and passed the Matura. He studied two semesters at the Montanistische Hochschule and then from 1957 to 1961 law at the University of Graz . In 1961 he received his doctorate. Pelikan was eight years in the service of the federal police and one year in the higher administrative service. From 1962 he was an employee of the Association of Austrian Industrialists of the Styrian Regional Group. Pelikan was a member of the Styrian regional management of the Austrian Economic Association and from November 4, 1971 to January 1, 1983 a member of the National Council.
