Fritz Pokropp

Fritz Pokropp is a German mathematician .

Life

After graduation in 1965 Dr. rer. nat. at the University of Hamburg with Helmut Karzel ( Dicksonsche Fastkörper ) and his habilitation in 1972 there he taught from 1972 to 1977 as a private lecturer for statistics and mathematical economic theory, from 1977 to 1978 as scientific advisor and professor for statistics and mathematical economic theory, from 1979 to 1983 professor for statistics and mathematical economic theory and then as professor for applied stochastics at the Helmut Schmidt University .
