Fritz Senft
Fritz Senft (born May 11, 1922 in Zurich ; † April 23, 1997 in Wettingen ) was a Swiss writer.
Senft worked as a primary school teacher in Neuenhof, Schaffhausen and Geroldswil. He was president of the youth literature commission of the Swiss Teachers' Association and the Swiss Confederation for youth literature . In addition to several volumes of poetry, he wrote stories, fairy tales and novels. He has received several literary prizes, including the prize of the Swiss Schiller Foundation .
