Fritz Zaun (politician)

Fritz Zaun (born December 17, 1946 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( GREEN ) and graphic artist. In 1990 he was a brief member of the Austrian National Council .

After compulsory schooling, Zaun attended a vocational school and learned the trade of retail salesman. He also graduated from the technical college for commercial advertising and worked as a freelance graphic artist. Zaun started his career in local politics in 1980 as a councilor in Baden, of which he was a member of the Baden Alternative List until 1985. From 1990 to 1995 he was local councilor for "The Greens" and, after the resignation of a member of parliament, represented the Greens from January 2, 1990 to November 4, 1990 in the National Council.

Zaun is a member of the board of directors of Green Baden and managing chairman of the Green Education Workshop in Lower Austria.
