Happy weight

The happy weight was a unit of mass in Augsburg . The great weight, the so-called large weight, as it was also called, was heavier than the Kramer weight . It was the old heavyweight. The Kramer weight applied to the retail trade.

  • 1 happy weight, the pound = Kramer weight plus 1 lot and 1 quent (about 1 ¼ lot)
