Front flip

The front flip is a forward flip that is performed in freestyle disciplines ( extreme martial arts , surfing , snowboard , skiing , motocross ), cycling , freerunning , stunt scooter or gymnastics .

To do a front flip, you jump in the air and rotate forwards 360 ° around the horizontal axis, and then land again on your feet, the (mobile) surface or the wheels.

The front flip is the counterpart to the back flip .
