The frustration Ridge (English for Frustrationsgrat is) a 14 km long ridge in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Admiralty Mountains, it extends from Mount Adam in a north-westerly direction.

A New Zealand survey team named it in 1982 after the frustration the team's scientists felt after numerous delays due to technical problems.
