Fujiwara no Kiyosuke
Fujiwara no Kiyosuke ( Japanese 藤原 清 輔 , original name: Takanaga ( 隆 長 ); * 1104 ; † July 17, 1177 ) was a Japanese waka poet.
Life
Fujiwara no Kiyosuke was an official at the court of the Japanese emperors. He was known primarily for his disputes with his father Fujiwara no Akisuke during the creation of Waka - Anthology Wakashū Shika- for which he was responsible. It has come down to us in Fujiwara no Kiyosuke's collection of anecdotes, Fukuro-zōshi . He also wrote treatises on poetry, including Ōgi Shō ( 奥義 抄 , around 1140), Fukuro-zōshi ( 袋 草紙 , around 1157), Waka shōgaku shō and Waka ichiji shō ( 和 歌 一字 抄 ). One of his own poems was included in the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu collection , several hundred are in various imperial collections.
