Fulla (goddess)
In Nordic mythology, Fulla is the servant of the goddess Frigg and is one of the Asinnen . She is a virgin and guards the mother of gods jewelery box. Since it also occurs in the skaldic poetry , it should have had a certain meaning.
In the südgermanischen mythology is Volla the sister of the goddess Frija and tried along with this the reprobates horse Phol to heal. It is mentioned in the second Merseburg magic spell .
In religious research it is assumed that germ. * Fullô ("abundance"), was the name of the fertility goddess. In Scandinavia it has been divided into the “pretty” fertility goddess Freyja (“mistress”) and the servant Fulla, in the south her old function seems to be preserved.
