Furkan Ölçer (born September 28, 1956 in Istanbul ) is a former Turkish football player .
Career
Ölçer began his career in the 1974/75 season with Galatasaray Istanbul . The defender played his first competitive game in the Turkish Cup on January 8, 1975 against Sakaryaspor . His league debut followed on September 5, 1976 against Boluspor .
For the 1977/78 season Ölçer moved to the second division Vefa Istanbul . Ölçer ended his career with Galatasaray after the 1980/81 season.
