Gábor Szabó (medic)

Gábor Balázs Szabó (born July 13, 1969 in Budapest , Hungary ) is a specialist in cardiac surgery .

Szabó studied human medicine at the Semmelweis University in Budapest. From 1992 to 1994 he worked as a research assistant at Heidelberg University Hospital . In 1994 he was at the University of Budapest with the work impact of atrial fibrillation on the coronary circulation to Dr. med. PhD . From 1995 to 1999 he worked as an intern and research assistant at Heidelberg University Hospital . In 1999 he received his thesis The pathophysiology of the donor heart at the University of Budapest . Gábor Szabó is married and has three daughters and one son.
