Günther Maass

Günther Maaß (born April 28, 1909 , † 1975 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Maaß was an assessor at the Erfurt Regional Court from 1935 to 1936 . He went into the private sector and was from 1936 to 1944 syndic of the William Prym company in Stolberg . After the end of the Second World War he returned to the judicial service and in 1945 came to the Aachen Regional Court , of which he was director from 1946. In 1953 he was appointed federal judge at the Federal Court of Justice. In 1972 he retired.
