GINETEX

Groupement International d'Etiquetage pour l'Entretien des Textiles (GINETEX) is the international association for care labeling of textiles . The association, based in Paris (previously Geneva ), was founded in 1963.

It holds the trademark rights to the care symbols for textiles. The association is involved in the development of an international ISO standard based on its labeling system.

GINETEX includes Belgium / Luxembourg, Brazil, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland / Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Tunisia and Turkey.
