Gabi Fleisch (born June 29, 1959 in Götzis ) is an Austrian cabaret artist .

Life

She grew up in Götzis in the Vorarlberg Rhine Valley. After completing a commercial apprenticeship in her parents' company, she devoted herself to theater and cabaret. Further training in breathing technology, speaking technology and acting technology followed.

She made her first appearances at the Theater am Saumarkt, the Theater am Kirchplatz and the Operettenbühne Dornbirn. Since 1995 she has worked as a freelance cabaret artist, actress and columnist. Heiner Linder finally brought her to the "voles". As a member of the “Grüß Gott in Vorarlberg” ensemble, she appeared alongside Stefan Vögel , Maria Neuschmid and Jörg Adlassnig. This was followed by solo programs such as "I hau ab" and "I säg jo nüt, abr", and comedy "Doris and Egon goes New York", "Scheffknecht and Breuss" (at the side of Klaus Schöch), the "Stricktanten". A testimonial and copywriter for Ländle products followed.

As a member of the Vorarlberger Volkstheater ensemble, she played in “Arsen und Spitzenhäubchen” (2008) and “Altweiberfrühling” (2009). Since 2005, Fleisch has been a daily columnist in the “ Vorarlberger Nachrichten ” as an i-tip . In 2010 she appeared on stage as a solo cabaret artist with the piece by Stefan Vögel "Verliebt, engaged, disappeared". The programs "Duo 3 Schwestern", "FleischesLust", "GrillFleisch", "Christkind-la" and "SitzFleisch" followed.
