Gabriela Stellino

Gabriela Stellino (* 1963 in Resistencia , Argentina ) is an Argentine visual artist. She lives and works in Riegel am Kaiserstuhl .

Life

At the age of 15, Gabriela Stellino took art lessons in Buenos Aires at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artas Manuel Belgrano . In 1982 she moved to the State College of Fine Arts Pridiliano Pueyrredon, where she studied image composition, painting and drawing. First awards s. u. Stellino lives and works in Brazil from 1986 to 1997. At the Museum of Modern Art in Salvador, she dealt with plastic work. Everyday sketches (Schribizzi) are created and serve as the basis for plastic work. From 1998 to 2010 she lived in Freiburg, Germany , and since 2002 she has been working on the “Animated Images” project. In addition to his artistic activity, which manifests itself in numerous exhibitions, Stellino works as an art lecturer, for example at the Academy for Communication Baden-Württemberg (vocational college for graphic design), Freiburg. Stellino has been working with the pianist Fernando Viani since 2008 . The joint project “Animated Images” premiered in 2009 at the Morat Institute for Art and Art History in Freiburg. Since 2012 joint work on 24 Preludes by Claude Debussy. Gabriela Stellino is a member of the BBK Südbaden.
