Gabriele Schmölzer
Gabriele Schmölzer (* 1961 in Waiern ) is an Austrian lawyer and criminologist .
Schmölzer has been teaching as a professor at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz since October 1st, 2002 , where she is the successor to Robert Seiler and director of the Institute for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Criminology. After studying law, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Criminology at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . She completed her habilitation with a thesis on the subject of women's crime in Austria.
