Game Drive means game drive . The expression is a term used in German for game observation drive or game drive .
A game drive is a ride in an off-road vehicle through the wilderness or through a large farm, the primary purpose of which is to observe wild animals. Like hikes or boat trips, game drives are also an element of a safari . In order to offer the observer the best possible view, the journeys usually take place in open vehicles. In many areas, vehicles are not just a means of transport, they also provide the necessary protection from wild animals. In areas with large wild animals such as lions , the ranger instructs his guests not to leave the vehicle and not to get up in the car. Game drives are particularly popular in African countries such as Botswana , South Africa and Namibia .
