Sequence

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The route sequence is the defined route that a deliverer of mail takes for the delivery of letters in his delivery district. Before he starts his journey, he sorts his delivery items in the correct order of delivery, in aisle sequence. To support him in this, a pre-sorting in the mail center can be carried out with an aisle sequencing machine. The final sorting takes place in the delivery base or preparation center using sorting lockers. The mail items are placed in compartments, each corresponding to a number of households. After all the shipments have been sorted, they are pulled out of the compartments and packed.
