Pulp

As the stock is called the finished paper suspension , which in the papermaking process Stoffzentrale leaves and paper machine is pumped.

The stock contains the complete composition of the later paper as well as some auxiliary materials:

• Fiber material (pulp / cellulose ; wood pulp ; processed waste paper )
• Fillers ( kaolin , calcium carbonate ...)
• Sizing agent ( starch )
• Dyes (also for nuance on white paper)
• optical brighteners
• Biocides
• Retention aid
• fixer

The biocides mostly evaporate in the press section of the paper machine . The solids content of a stock is usually around 1 percent by weight.
