Cooking appliance
When cooking appliance different devices and equipment in one calls kitchens . They are used for the thermal preparation ( cooking ) of food . In everyday life they differ greatly, depending on the type and location of application and the tradition of the respective user.
A distinction is made between the following groups:
- Universal devices
- Cookers such as electric and gas stoves
- Kettle
- whereby boiling kettles with their own heat supply are meant and cooking appliances (e.g. stool )
- Steam devices and pressure dampers
- Pressure cooker with its own heat supply and high-speed steam cooker
- Roasting and baking equipment
- Tilting frying pan , oven , roasting and grill plates, roasting machines, barbecue smoker
- Deep fryers
- Grills and roasters
- Salamander , swivel grill , spit grill, infrared grill , contact grill , griddle plate , toaster
- Special cooking devices
- Microwave oven , smoker
