The Gasthaus Blaue Ente in Leipheim , a town in the Swabian district of Günzburg ( Bavaria ), was opened in the 17th and 18th centuries. Century erected. The former inn , now the Blue Duck Museum of Local History and Peasants' War , on Stadtberg 1 is a protected monument .

The two- and three- story gable roof building , which is located on a slope, has two entrances. The street-side access not only opens up the stairwell, but also the extensive, multi-storey cellar system that was used as an air raid shelter during World War II . The old inn with a house brewery was restored over many years by the historical working group .
