The building was built in 1910. It was entered under No. G 029 on December 15, 1987 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The Gasthausstraße is located within the historic city center, directly on the ring of the old city wall . House no.27 is one of a largely intact historicist group of houses numbered 27, 31, 33, 37, and 39.
The three-storey apartment building from 1910 has three window axes and an extended mansard roof . The facade is smoothly plastered.
The town house is worth protecting for urban planning and architectural-historical reasons.
