The Gasthausstraße is located within the historic city center, directly on the ring of the old city wall . House number 31 is located in a largely intact historicist group of houses numbered 27, 33, 35, 37, and 39.
Three- window house built around the turn of the century in three axes and three storeys with a gently sloping gable roof. The facade is designed in free decorative forms of Art Nouveau .
