Gayrussia.ru is an organization for LGBT rights in Russia. The organization is responsible, among other things, for the organization of Moscow Pride . Together with Gaybelarus.by , Gayrussia.ru also organizes the Slavic Pride . The organization's website kept the population up to date with the latest information on LBGT rights and became a popular source of information. Gayrussia.ru is fighting for the right to hold demonstrations despite numerous problems with politicians.

On the first International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia , Nikolai Alexejew founded the Gayrussia.ru project in 2005.
