Gebhard II. (Querfurt)
Gebhard II. , Lord of Querfurt († February 18, 1126 near Kulm, Northern Bohemia) was the son of Burchard I of Querfurt .
He fell as a follower of King Lothar III. on February 18, 1126 in the battle of Kulm in northern Bohemia. In the War of Succession for Bohemia, Duke Soběslav I of Bohemia defeated the combined army of Duke Otto II the Black of Moravia-Olomouc and Lothar III, whom Otto called for help.
Gebhard's marriage to Oda von Ammensleben had three sons. Burchard II inherited his father as Lord of Querfurt and Burgrave of Magdeburg. The second son, Konrad , was Archbishop of Magdeburg from 1134 to 1142 . The youngest, Gebhard III., Fell like his father in the battle of Kulm.
