When agility is defined as the individual characteristics of the oscillation amplitude in the joints .

It is anatomically and structurally conditioned and varies from joint to joint. Flexibility is a physical characteristic that is shaped by the constitution , but it can be trained to a limited extent. In addition to flexibility, flexibility is a main factor in motor mobility .
