Genadi Sokolov (born May 14, 1992 in Israel ) is an Israeli volleyball player .

Career

Sokolov played for the Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv until 2013, with whom he became champions and cup winners in his country. In 2013, the middle blocker switched to German Bundesliga club Generali Haching , with whom he reached the semi-finals in the DVV Cup and in the Bundesliga playoffs . Sokolov also plays in the Israeli national team, with which he has already played in the European League.

Private life

Genadi Sokolov has both Israeli and Russian citizenship.
