The Geologists Range is a 56 km long mountain range in the Transantarctic Mountains between the origins of the Lucy Glacier and the Nimrod Glacier .
It was discovered by the northern group of a campaign carried out from 1961 to 1962 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition . It is named in memory of the work of the geologists during this expedition.
