George Parker (athlete)
George Parker ( George R. Parker ; 1896 - June 18, 1974 ) was an Australian walker .
At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he won silver in the 3,000-meter walk. When walking 10,000 meters, he did not reach the goal.
In 1920, 1922 and 1926 he was both over a mile and over three miles of Australasian champions.
