Georgios Chatziioannidis ( Greek Γεώργιος Χατζηιωαννίδης ; born February 22, 1951 in the Soviet Union ) is a former Greek wrestler .
biography
Georgios Chatziioannidis appeared at the Olympic Summer Games in 1972 and 1976 in bantamweight, but could not win a medal. He also took part in the European wrestling championships several times, although he was denied a medal there as well. At the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow , he finally managed to win the bronze medal in bantamweight freestyle wrestling .
