The Georgskirche ( Polish Kościół św. Jerzego w Cieszynie ) in Cieszyn , Poland , is a Catholic church on the edge of the old town.
history
The church was built in the 14th century in the Gothic style. The church was originally built in front of the city wall. In the 15th century a hospital and a cemetery were laid out at the church. The church was later taken over by the Jesuits and remained in their possession until 1773.
