Geraldine Feeney
Geraldine Feeney (born September 9, 1957 ) is an Irish politician and was a Senator in the Seanad Éireann from 2002 to 2011 .
Feeney attended University College in Galway . In 1997 she ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the 21st Seanad Éireann. It was not until 2003 in the elections for the 22nd Seanad Éireann that she succeeded in entering the Irish House of Lords for the Fianna Fáil . In 2007 Feeney was re-elected.
Feeney is widowed and has four children.
