Gerd Neumann

Gerd Neumann (born October 3, 1937 in Berlin ) is a German economic historian .

Gerd Neumann completed his habilitation in 1977 with Lothar Baar , Hans Mottek and Peter Heldt with a thesis on the development of economic relations between the Comecon countries (1945 to 1958) at the Bruno Leuschner School of Economics in Berlin-Karlshorst . In September 1988 he was appointed full professor for economic history at the School of Economics. The college was dissolved in 1991.
