Gerhard Ebenbichler
Gerhard Ebenbichler (born October 21, 1896 in Innsbruck ; † May 2, 1966 there ) was an Austrian politician ( VdU ) and businessman. From 1949 to 1956 he was a member of the National Council.
Ebenbichler attended a lower grammar school after elementary school and subsequently switched to an upper secondary school. He then studied at the military academy in Vienna. Ebenbichler learned the trade of a businessman and started his own business in 1925. Politically, he became a member of the Association of Constitutionalists from 1948 and in 1949 became a board member of the Association of Independents. He also represented the Association of Independents and the electoral party of Independents in the National Council from November 8, 1949 to June 8, 1956.
