Judgment day

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Court day is the day determined by the court for the hearing of legal disputes . It is also known as the meeting day. Today, the court day is usually understood to mean the external court day , i.e. the holding of a hearing outside of the court seat. Since there is no court administration at the place of the court day, pleadings must be submitted to the competent main court.
