The house was built in 1900 based on plans by Heinrich Wilhelm Behrens . As the Laudel refrigerator and bath equipment factory , it has been a listed building in Bremen since 1980 .

The four-storey, three-axle, very deep residential and commercial building was built in 1900 for the manufacturer R. Laudel as a turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau refrigerator and bath equipment factory. The facade has a rich Art Nouveau decoration. The shop and workshop were located below, with offices and apartments above.
Today (2018) the house is used for a medical supply store for orthopedics, offices and apartments.
