Wachsmuth office building
The Wachsmuth office building is located in Bremen , Mitte district, Ostertor district , Auf den Häfen 12 to 15. The house was built in 1908 according to plans by Fritz Dunkel . It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1992 .
history
The four-story, plastered office building was built in 1908 for the merchant Friedrich Wachsmuth in the style of the turn of the century. Wachsmuth was a company for wall and floor coverings. The shop was below, with the offices and warehouse above it.
In 2014 the house was foreclosed. Today (2018) a gastronomic establishment of the scene, a shop, offices and a studio are housed.
