Description in the landscape plan: “The protected part of the landscape lies between the districts of Boele and Boelerheide . It is a row of trees consisting of 3 common oaks and 2 beeches with a trunk circumference of 227 cm - 368 cm, a height of approx. 18 - 20 m and a crown diameter of approx. 14 m to 26 m, which grow on a pasture along the Siepens are on Malmkestrasse. "
Protection purpose
According to the landscape plan, the designation was made “to ensure the efficiency of the natural balance by maintaining a habitat for small mammals, dead wood-dwelling insects and cave-breeding birds in areas that are used intensively for agriculture”.
