Wangerland history workshop

The Wangerland history workshop is a history workshop in the Lower Saxony municipality of Wangerland in the district of Friesland .

The history workshop, which deals with local history of the Wangerland, was founded in 1990 by the pedagogue and historian Erhard Ahlrichs . As an association, it archives the documents, books and magazines that have been collected and acquired. Lectures, exhibitions and study trips are also organized. Around 20 publications on the Wangerland regional history had been published by 2015 . The association now has around 130 members.
