The law on the establishment of a Federal Motor Transport Authority ( KBAG ) stipulates that the Federal Motor Transport Authority is a higher federal authority for road traffic , to which no state authorities and testing centers are subordinate and which is subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure , which determines its official seat . It also regulates the tasks of the Federal Office in detail.
