The law on land surveying and the real estate cadastre , or land registry law for short , is a state law in Schleswig-Holstein . The new version is from May 12, 2004 ( GVOBl . 2004, 128).
Among other things, § 2 regulates the responsibility for land surveying : “The highest surveying and cadastral authority is the Ministry of the Interior and Federal Affairs . The higher surveying and cadastral authority is the State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein as the regional authority . "
